Please read this Medical Disclaimer carefully. It forms part of the Trakabl Terms of Service, and you also accept it as a separate, specific acknowledgement when you create your account. By using Trakabl, you confirm that you have read and understood everything set out below.
Trakabl is intended only for adults aged 18 or over.
1. Trakabl is not medical advice
Everything in the Service (including catalogue information and calculations such as the reconstitution calculator and inventory figures) is provided for information and self-tracking purposes only. It is not medical advice and must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
2. Trakabl does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe
Trakabl is not a medical device, pharmacy, laboratory, or telehealth or healthcare provider. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, dose, titrate, or prescribe anything.
Trakabl does not interpret your bloodwork. Bloodwork you add to the Service is stored as a dated image for you to look back on. Trakabl does not read the values in it, does not compare them against any reference range, and does not tell you whether a result is normal, high, low, good, bad, safe, or dangerous. Nothing in the Service is an assessment of your health. Only a qualified clinician can interpret your results.
The markers you record in your journal are your own self-ratings on a scale you choose. Trakabl shows them back to you exactly as you entered them and makes no judgement about them.
3. Paying for Trakabl does not buy medical oversight
A paid subscription buys access to software features. It does not buy medical advice, clinical supervision, monitoring, review of your protocol, or any professional service of any kind. Nobody at Trakabl looks at what you are taking. Nobody at Trakabl will notice if something you log is dangerous, and nothing in the Service is designed or able to detect that. This is true on every plan, during a free trial, and while your account is read only.
4. Always consult a qualified professional
Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health professional with any question you have about a medical condition, medication, hormone, peptide, supplement, or other substance. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have seen in Trakabl.
5. Reminders are a convenience, not a safety system
If you turn reminders on, treat them as a helpful nudge and nothing more.
Reminders depend on your browser, your device, your operating system, your notification settings, and a push service operated by your browser vendor, none of which we control. A reminder can be delayed, silently dropped, or never delivered, and this can happen without any sign that something went wrong.
Reminders also stop when your account becomes read only, which happens when a paid period or free trial ends without renewal. If you have been relying on reminders to time doses, they will stop arriving from that point.
Never rely on Trakabl as your only safeguard against a missed dose, a doubled dose, or a mistimed one. If the timing of something you take matters to your health, keep an independent way of tracking it.
6. No professional relationship
Using Trakabl does not create a doctor-patient relationship, or any other professional or clinical relationship, between you and Trakabl or anyone associated with it.
7. The substances you may track carry serious risks
Many of the substances you may choose to record, including anabolic androgenic steroids, peptides, SARMs, hormones, and other performance or optimisation compounds, carry serious health risks. These can include serious, lasting, or life-threatening harm, and dangerous interactions with each other or with medications. Tracking a substance in Trakabl does not make it safe, and is not a recommendation to use it.
Trakabl exists to help adults who have already decided to use these compounds keep accurate records. Accurate self-tracking is a harm-reduction measure. It is not a substitute for medical supervision, for bloodwork interpreted by a clinician, or for professional care.
8. Legality is your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the legality of any substance you choose to use or track where you live and where you access the Service. See Section 4 of the Terms of Service.
9. Accuracy, calculations, and individual variation
We try to keep catalogue data reasonable, but we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, current, or applicable to you. Any calculation Trakabl performs depends entirely on the figures you enter: if the inputs are wrong, the output will be wrong. Always independently verify anything that matters before relying on it.
The reconstitution calculator carries particular risk. It converts the figures you enter, such as powder mass, solvent volume, and target dose, into a concentration and a volume to draw. A mistake in any input, or a misread output, can produce a result that is wrong by a large margin and lead directly to a serious dosing error. Trakabl does not check your inputs and cannot verify the product you are working with. Trakabl does not measure, prepare, or administer any dose; you do all of that yourself, outside the app. The calculator is a digital arithmetic tool that shows its working, meaning the concentration and volume it derives and the arithmetic used to get there, so that you can check every step yourself. It is not a dosing instruction.
Before preparing, drawing, or administering any dose, independently recalculate the result yourself and confirm it against the physical product. Do not rely on the calculator's output alone. Trakabl shows this warning on the calculator screen every time you use it, but it is your responsibility to verify every figure yourself.
10. In an emergency
If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, stop and contact your local emergency services immediately, for example 000 in Australia, 999 or 112 in the United Kingdom, 911 in the United States and Canada, or 112 across the European Union. If you are unsure of the number, your local emergency number takes priority over anything shown in Trakabl. Do not use Trakabl to manage an emergency.
11. Assumption of risk and acknowledgement
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risk arising from your use of the Service and from any decision you make in connection with it, and you agree that Trakabl is not liable for any resulting harm, as set out in the Terms of Service.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded. In particular, we do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer-protection law that applies to you (see Sections 21 and 22 of the Terms of Service).
